Suyi Davies Okungbowa writes speculative fiction from Lagos, Nigeria, though he was born and raised in Benin City, where the story is set. His works have appeared in Lightspeed, Mothership Zeta, Omenana and the African horror anthology, Lights Out: Resurrection, amongst other places. He is a graduate of the Gotham Writers Workshop in NYC, and a charter member of the African Speculative Fiction Society.
